I was a walk-in who was surprised no humans working on the waiting area, just two tablets attached to the wall. I understand and accepted the possibility of having to wait 30-60 minutes to be seen, but when I had to leave before being seen, there was no way to tell someone or even the tablet that I was leaving. Avani was AMAZING. She was kind, professional, calm, and made my blood draw as quick and painless and possible. I get so anxious about getting my blood drawn and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. I’m grateful for her and know you have a stellar associate working there.
