I've gotten testing here before, it's great if you make an appointment. I wish they would make a notice that walk ins are not accepted within 30 minutes of closing, even if you had been waiting for longer than that. I would have preemptively left.
I went to Quest Diagnostics in Hoffman Estates to get my blood work that my psychiatrist ordered in. I wanted to note some things that made my visit here better than at other labs. FIRST ARRIVAL & LOOKS OF FACILITY: The waiting room is very clean & welcoming. When you walk into the building, you step into a well-lit waiting area with two tablets for check-in/registration for your arrival, chairs, and a big digital wait process for your appointment. Had my glucose test taken here. It was easy to schedule an appointment. Dorota was friendly and prompt with getting my tests completed.
