Wait time was minimal and the staff was very friendly!
Fast and easy check in. The technicians were professional and got the job done with minimal discomfort.
There was hardly any wait, maybe 3-4 minutes before they called my mom for her appt. The individual who drew my mother's blood was great -- he was friendly and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He drew the blood in a few minutes without any problems. The process to make the appt via the Quest website was also very easy and user-friendly.
The place was conveniently located in the Plaza. As long as you have an appointment with Quest, which was relatively easy to make, you'll be able to go in and out of the building within 20 minutes, depending on what you are there for. The process of checking in is fairly convenient, so overall, I would recommend Quest!
