There was hardly any wait, maybe 3-4 minutes before they called my mom for her appt. The individual who drew my mother's blood was great -- he was friendly and it was obvious that he knew what he was doing. He drew the blood in a few minutes without any problems. The process to make the appt via the Quest website was also very easy and user-friendly.

The place was conveniently located in the Plaza. As long as you have an appointment with Quest, which was relatively easy to make, you'll be able to go in and out of the building within 20 minutes, depending on what you are there for. The process of checking in is fairly convenient, so overall, I would recommend Quest!

I scheduled my bloodwork appointment 24 hours in advance, showed up on time, and was told they didn’t have the service request on file—even though it was their own system that failed to process it. I then had to drive back to the clinic that issued the order and wait another 30 minutes just to get a printed copy. By the time I returned, the lab had already closed.
