Terrible service. Told me my appointment was invalid but couldn't find it in the system. They then helpfully sent me to a nearby location rescheduling it ON THE WRONG DAY. The supervisor couldn't see my appointment but assured me it was my screwup.
Didn't know I needed an appointment for employment drug testing and had to wait 4 hours to pee in a cup. It is now 12:20 still waiting and the close at 12:00.
Wait time was minimal and the staff was very friendly!
Fast and easy check in. The technicians were professional and got the job done with minimal discomfort.
