I was so impressed with this experience. The staff member I worked with was professional and helped me get my blood drawn, even though my RX wasn’t in the system, and my insurance hadn’t been updated. I know it took more time and he was very competent and accommodating. Five stars.!
NO RECEPTIONIST NO HUMAN HELP ON THE PHONE NO HELP NO HELP NO HELP - patients do the work and get no help
Horrible place! Cannot get anyone to answer the phone, didn’t see an option online to make an appointment for what I needed, went as a walk in and signed in on the kiosk. Sat and waited for over and hour while people who had appointments scheduled kept going in and out while I waited. How does this office function???
Absolutely horrible. Worst customer service ever.
