This place is ridiculous! I drive an hour and a half to get there because they “accept walk ins” I get there and check in. I sit for about an hour for one of the employees to come out and say we are only taking scheduled appointments!!! All walk ins won’t be seen. So I schedule about 2 weeks later, waited about half an hour to be seen. My technician, Vicky, was amazing. She had two different doctor orders and she handled them with focus and accuracy. She also drew my blood expertly. I didn't feel a thing.

Miriam and Cassandra took excellent care of me and sent me on my way quickly. I could easily have had a frustrating experience due to my own errors handling a third party order but they were able to accommodate me and put me to ease once the draw began. Thank you!

Over the years, my customer service experiences with quest have been good to excellent. That changed this morning, however. The tech that retrieved me for my early morning appointment was rude and dismissive. She made me feel like I was really cutting into her day. She never introduced herself, and in my despair, I forgot to get her name. She even began physically, hitting the scanner in the phlebotomy room when it wouldn’t scan properly. Phlebotomist was terrible. She missed my vein completely, sticking the needle into the tendons on the inside of my left elbow. Then she tried to blame it on me. I have blood drawn a lot, and she clearly is either a beginner, or just not very good at her job.
