This location absolutely sucks, customer service sucks i was the only walk in there they saw i was there they shut the door and never came back everything about this location is bad, minus 5 star if it would let me
No humans there. Was 3 minutes late, their rink a dunk computer wouldn’t work and then I was kicked out of the system and had to wait behind the other people in line. Waited for 30 minutes while grumpy and fasting. Terrible customer service and wait time
I can see how some other reviewers find the wait times here to be frustrating, but that isn’t the fault of the staff. The two employees that I dealt with today were both friendly and efficient, and the self check in was incredibly easy. I did have to wait for more than 45 minutes due to this location being short staffed, but the apologies and excellent service that I received went a long way towards making up for that.
Although, this time was a good experience, it is almost impossible to obtain service on a walk-in basis, and the wait without a prior appointment at least a week in advance, will be precarious at best. Also, there has to be another way to forward test results to medical providers aside from Fax
Always helpful. Draws always go well. Fit me in as a standby.
