Wow, wow wow! Never had a more incompetent experience with a medical professional in my life. I would highly recommend finding any other facility in town..
I don’t know how this place has 3 stars. I’ve had to come here a few times and each time the wait has been longer than the last. I’ve been here for over an hour and I still haven’t been seen. If you have any way of going somewhere else to get a UA done you should definitely do that. This place is awful and they know it and don’t care
There is no way to speak with a human here. The technicians are incredibly rude.
The phlebotomist was very professional, kind and skilled. I usually experience multiple attempts and bruising due to difficult veins - at other labs. Craig was so skilled, I hardly felt the needle and had no bruising. The process of appt scheduling, car confirmation of arrival - was very useful... and I was treated in a few minutes of arrival. Kudos for a great experience and wonderful staff person.
Justin was excellent! I have difficult veins and he was great at drawing my blood the first time and was very kind during the entire procedure.
