I had such a great experience at Quest Diagnostics! The check-in process was incredibly fast and easy, and I didn’t have to wait at all. A special shout-out to Cassandra, who did my blood work—she was professional, friendly, and made the whole experience quick and comfortable. Thank you, Cassandra, for making what can sometimes be stressful so easy! Highly recommend this location.

My phlebotomist, Craig was excellent. I'm very squeamish with needles, and he put me at ease and completed his work quickly.

I live in Arizona but needed to go here to get my labs into my Dr. (had a definite deadline). I made an appointment for 8:40 am. I was there at 8:30a.m. And finally left with my blood draw completed at 9:50am. There was some issue with the fact that they needed to key in all my tests to be done by hand. Due to the fact I live in Arizona and not New Mexico… where I was on a small vacation. I missed my golf tee time that day due to this long delay. Phlebotomist was unable to get blood after 4 attempts, and blew out 3 of my veins. I took off work, was fasted, hydrated and prepared, and paid. Nonchalantly stated I could come back Monday. I have decent veins and I hate it when phlebotomists don’t know their job. I want management to contact me and coordinate where they come to me.

I needed to repeat a lab. I paid out of pocket. Easy to schedule online-they highly recommend scheduling an appointment and made it clear that appointment clients will be served first. They were a little late- by 15-20 minutes. You kind of expect that to be the case when each client is different and life happens. Clinic seemed to run smoothly.Checking in was easy peasy. Craig was my phlebotomist -professional, super fast, proficient and just a nice person. I would go back there for labs-for sure… a big thumbs up
