⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ (3/5) I visited the blood lab at 1526 Plumas Court, Yuba City with an 8:10 a.m. appointment but wasn’t called back until about 20 minutes later, which was frustrating. Appointment times should be better respected, especially for patients who arrive on time. That said, the medical assistant was excellent—professional, gentle, and kind. She made the experience comfortable and deserves high praise. Overall, the service has potential, but wait times for scheduled appointments need improvement.
Although I’m giving quest diagnostics a one star review, I wanna make it clear that it is not in regards to the staff. The staff is very friendly. My problem is that there is no receptionist, or anyone that I can call to make sure that my Lab request or whatever it might be is in their system. Twice I have set an appointment and was not able to be seen because they didn’t have my lab request from the doctor.
