Really great staff that made me feel at ease. I was a walk-in and he made the process go smoothly. Wish I could remember the techs name, but I can’t unfortunately.
The Tech was great and the service he provided was excellent. I will be returning to this location for any future needs.
Terrible experience. Had an appointment, arrived on time and still waited a half hour. When they call you from the waiting room, they yell out your name. I guess getting out of the chair and walking a couple of feet is too much. Additionally, there is a “vaccination chair” in the waiting area so I got to have a lady sitting next to me get vaccinations. Real professional atmosphere! This place deserves zero stars.
SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT!!!!! Kiosk says about a 30 minute wait for walk ins. But between chitchat and training it took over an hour of waiting for what only took a 3 minute for sample collection and documentation.
Staff was rude, unprofessional, slovenly . The office was cluttered, dirty, trash on the floor. This an environment where you are taking samples of bodily fluids which means a standard of cleanliness is expected should be adhered to. Staff did not confirm identity, which is essential practice in healthcare. I work in healthcare, I will not being using this site or recommend to others.
