Checked in via the phone text website link they sent and sat down as instructed, waited almost 45 minutes while other walk ins were seen too after my appointment, only to be told i had to check in via the check in machine in the lobby. Which, why the hell would you have a check in text function if it doesn't work. Then when do get seen, the woman drawing my blood used too big of a needle, causing extreme discomfort and bad bruising after the fact and told me to not be a "crybaby". No one at the desk (I could see the employees in a back office talking) No one acknowledged me When I finally got some ones attention I was aske if I had signed in - yes I had I asked if anyone was working at the desk and was to go and sit down and to wait as they were dealing with other patients which was obvious they were not - I left immediately - RUDE AND ARRONGANT STAFF - Don't bother with Quest Diagnostics
The phlebotomist was amazing! I was lucky to get to the location before it got crowded. It was very clean and I felt very comfortable having my blood, 7 vials, drawn there!
