why even accept walk-ins if you never have time for them. this location should advertise that they are appointment only
It wasn't tough to schedule an appointment through your automated phone process, did not like. The website only had day of appts available so I wasn't sure which day I could make it, or when I needed to fast.
This place is terrible. From the moment they called my name you can tell the lady didn’t wanna do anything. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Kept telling me she will NOT do these orders and she will NOT sign anything even tho MY surgeon was the one who provided the lab work needed. Yet their job is to provide lab work. She then made me leave because she had someone else to look at or she’ll be behind yet she chose to call me up 5 min before my scheduled time and yet blamed it on ME like if I asked her to call me up sooner ... read more
