Easy in and out. Quick and professional.
Appointment on time and nurse was friendly and very capable. Convenient location in the Safeway. Could use some sprucing up. Otherwise excellent service
Got some labs done today. Thank you to the wonderful and pleasant lady there. She’s always so nice, efficient and the best. Didn’t even feel the prick!
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Paris, the lab technician, who was professional, courteous, and handled my visit efficiently. She addressed my needs appropriately, and I truly appreciated her excellent service. The only issue I encountered was locating the lab. The address led me to a Safeway store, but there was no clear signage indicating that the lab was located inside. Adding visible signs outside or at the entrance would make it much easier for patients to find the lab without confusion.
