The absolute worse place in town for screenings! Showed up at 7am when they opened, to be told the won't do tests until 8am. Stayed till 9 and was never seen. Scheduled an appointment for a set time, and still waited a hour past my scheduled time on top of the employees being rude. I would avoid this location if at all possible.
Is it possible to be more rude than the employees at both Quest locations in Columbia, MO? I was going to AEL because Quest was unpleasant. Unfortunately, AEL has closed so I reluctantly returned to Quest. It's been about 2 years since I stepped foot in a Quest. I was hoping things had improved. Nope. Nothing changed.
Tamoy I hope I spelled it correctly was awesome, great personality and very helpful. She even realized I had others lab apart from my pre-employment and knock out everything one time. Very personable and made my entire experience very smooth.
Great service, great information, at a fair price!
