Jennifer was very through completing my blood testing order from Neurologist Charles Curatalo in Santa Barbara. Because Jennifer she could not read the Dr. Curatalo handwriting, Jennifer called the ordering physician office and spoke with the doctor regarding what specific tests in the Quest Test Menu he wanted accomplished by going through the choices listed in the Quest Test Menu. Great customer service!! It's so easy to get in and out when you have an appointment.
I wish there were someone there at the front desk to answer any questions people have about checking in, billing, or scheduling. I've had difficulty with all of these in this facility. And they did not test for something specifically requested, during my initial blood draw, so I had to return for a second blood draw. I still have no idea whether they will charge me again for the second draw and test they missed the first time. I would go to another lab but this is what my insurance currently covers.
