Our Pediatrician told us he gets results quickly from Quest. So I tried it and took my 9 year old for blood work. He's scared and has behavioral problems. I didn't make an appointment since I didn't know if my son would comply and I hadn't created an account. We waited for almost an hour. I kept seeing our name on the board get bumped for people scheduling appointments online. No one ever checked on us. Walk ins did not seem to get put the que. My son was angry and hungry (fasting). I understand why there was a line of people yelling at the staff. Just go to a dignity health lab center instead. This place is horrible. Kiosk doesn't work, no staff to check you in. Waited 3 hrs as a walk in only to be told that the appointments only are being seen today and to come back another day or make an appointment for the next week or following week. The number they give you for appointments doesn't even work, it just hangs up when you call it. I would give negative stars if possible.

First time customer, walk in after Doctor appointment...required blood work for medication. The Technician who helped me was very courteous, patient, and professional!
