Terrible service, my grandfather who had an appointment was sat in the waiting room for over an hour until he had to ask what was going on. They told him he didn’t have an appointment, which is bs I set his appointment up and have his confirmation number screen shot. The lady didn’t even look him up. Just told him no. Why make an elderly person sit and wait knowing they are sitting there waiting? If you are not a person that enjoys the public’s please do us and yourself a favor and quit. Joy, the phlebotomist who took my lab work, was such a pleasure to speak with. She was incredibly professional, pleasant, and genuinely nice! Such a delightful experience!
Joy was wonderful. There were errors in my file and she manually fixed them quickly and did excellent drawing my blood.
