They are alway so nice
So upset come in as walk in I input my credentials 30 minutes later Quest tells me no walk in's today very upsetting they place paper on door no walk in's so at least can plan go to different place
I had a great experience at Quest! The lab tech was friendly, quick, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the process. Everything was smooth and efficient, and I really appreciated the warm, professional care. Highly recommend!
I have a big purple lump where my blood was drawn. Never has that happened and I am 72. Some bruising i expect.
Terrible service, my grandfather who had an appointment was sat in the waiting room for over an hour until he had to ask what was going on. They told him he didn’t have an appointment, which is bs I set his appointment up and have his confirmation number screen shot. The lady didn’t even look him up. Just told him no. Why make an elderly person sit and wait knowing they are sitting there waiting? If you are not a person that enjoys the public’s please do us and yourself a favor and quit.
