Be wary, this place doesn’t respect or honor scheduled appointments. You’ll wait just as long as a walk in, it’s basically pointless. The wait room has no staff for anyone to speak to, no restroom, just endless nonsense. You can check in at the kiosk but sometimes that doesn’t matter and you’ll never get called. The lady next to me sat longer than her husband, both with the same exact appointment time. Something has to give. My original app was 8, I never got an appointment reminder not email nor text. So I was unaware it was for 8 and thought it was for 9. Decided to join the walk in list when I was notified by the kiosk. Had to be so i asked an employee if i could give them that sample ahead of time. One specific employee is extremely rude condescending and vonsistently rolling her eyes at patients. I watched as she was rude to every patient that interacted with her. I made my appointment online. Went to appointment and checked in on my phone. They called my name on time. Young lady I had I didn't even feel Needle go in. She was sweet and very professional.
