They told me they had my lab orders & they DID NOT. They only had one out of 5 of them & now a week later i am getting the result of only the least important test. Now I must push back my procedure scheduled for tomorrow when that date was already hard to get. I will have to live not knowing what is wrong with me for probably another month. You also cannot even contact the local facility, they just send you to a machine on the phone that only tells you information everyone already knows.
