The worst - provided all required info; paid with credit card which was approved, made appointment, showed up 20 minutes early only to be told that there was no info, no payment and no appointment was made - although we had emails confirming everything. This was for a family member - not me - but I was involved in the entire process and make this review from first hand knowledge. Again, worst experience; poor customer service
They keep billing me instead of Medicaid. I told them this months ago & they still sent me to collections. A bunch of BS. Medicaid is valid & I have no co pays for labs. Don’t let them over charge you or double bill!!! (They may be double billing Medicaid too, idk 🤷♀️)

Long waiting than usual appointment
Had my blood drawn here with an appointment. I was seen on time and blood draw was quick and good. I suspect some people are bound to have bad experiences here because there is just one person working here and the appointments are fully booked, there does not seem to be a lot of downtime for the worker there.
