They keep billing me instead of Medicaid. I told them this months ago & they still sent me to collections. A bunch of BS. Medicaid is valid & I have no co pays for labs. Don’t let them over charge you or double bill!!! (They may be double billing Medicaid too, idk 🤷♀️)

Long waiting than usual appointment
Had my blood drawn here with an appointment. I was seen on time and blood draw was quick and good. I suspect some people are bound to have bad experiences here because there is just one person working here and the appointments are fully booked, there does not seem to be a lot of downtime for the worker there.
Excellent experience. Ease of scheduling online, checking in online, able to wait in car until your turn then receiving a text. Professional and proficient phlebotomist. Easily accessible. Highly recommend.
