Jean is great. That is why I bumped my review from one star to two stars. Here is the issue I have with Quest. Your appointment time is not your appointment time! What happens is, you have an appointment at Quest and you were right for your appointment. A walk-in comes in before you, your appointment then is bumped back. I waited over 20 minutes to be seen. Use of the app to get scheduled was great, electronic check in. I was sent an email for this electronic check in. It did say, far down in the message, to go into the waiting area. The lab sits right next to a pharmacy in a grocery store. So, the waiting room door doesn’t make it obvious to come in and sit down. Luckily the phlebotomist came out into the store and I got my labs!! I was the last of the day, and running late, so I really appreciate her helpfulness, skill and dedication to caring for others!
