This place IS SO OUT OF LINE......I took my DOT drug test here and the nurse clearly said I was taken care of HOWEVER.....she somehow missed that I needed MY DOCUMENT TO PROVE I DID THE TEST!!! how do you forget something so big like that!! EXTREMELY UPSET AND DISSAPOINTED......VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!
