Absolutely wonderful experience. I cannot believe everyone is so friendly and smiling. Serena did my blood work today and she was so pleasant and I barely felt a pinch. Highly recommend! My appt. was at 8:00, so I got in and out within 30 minutes.
Process to make appointment, check in and test all 10's. And there was an issue with my doctor requesting the test, and all at Quest did what it took to make it happen. Great experience.
I sincerely appreciate your new system, from been able to schedule my appointment online, checking in, screen showing your turn, personalized touch at collecting the blood samples and paying for your bill before your experience ends is absolutely exceptional. Thank you.
