Professional and quick. Katherine was the best as well
I’m giving this location a five star, only because one Tech Exhibited above and beyond Customer Service. Was not the Customer, I was with the customer. He had an appointment for 1:30 pm, but since we were near the location stopped by to see if he could be seen earlier. He checked in, and was the second person on the board, after everyone was seen he and I , plus one customer waiting for a ride to go home where the only people waiting. SERENA IS JUST INCREDIBLE. GETTING BLOOD DRAWN IS MY GREATEST FEAR AND SHE MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE. SERENA IS EXTREMELY WELL TRAINED AND WANTS TO GIVE HER PATIENTS AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE.
