The check in procedure is horrible. I had a bar code on a piece of paper, but I couldn't figure out how to make it work. No one else was in the waiting room. I had to knock on the door and a very nice technician helped me log in. But he had to leave a patient to help me. That's not very efficient. You're not paying him to be a secretary. Saving money by eliminating a salary, while ticking off your patients, is not a good solution to running a business.
I have always had a great experience here. The staff is always kind, patient and fast. They allow walk ins or appointments.

This was the worst service I've ever received in my life. The man who attended to me was neither respectful nor kind, and he was also rude. I asked him a question and his answer was "duh." What kind of place allows people like that to work there? Besides, when he drew my blood, he was very rough, if you don't like your job, you shouldn't be working there. I hope they improve their staff because I would never comeback to this laboratory!!
The woman that took my blood was an absolute angel.\n I am a very hard stick, and she made it seem effortless.\n She also was a great conversationalist, and should be Commended for what she does there
