Super convenient location in Suffern NY. Plenty of parking. Check in very easy from my phone. Staff is respectful and skilled. The waiting room is just an empty room with chairs, super basic. But the service is great. I was done with my appointment in a few minutes.
No respect for customers. They will make you wait and be dismissive and rude on top of it. Went (for the second time, because the first time the guy didn’t explain the instructions) to drop off a test. Not even to get blood drawn. It was ten minutes past my appointment time and I had to get back to work. The woman who came out was rude and said she “doesn’t know” (with an attitude) when they’ll take the sample, and let the door close behind her. Both people working there have no etiquette.
