Theres no words to describe how disfunctional this place is
The rep was a little off putting. He talked to himself, snapped his fingers at the computer because it wasn't going fats enough for him. He also refused to use the butterfly needle, which everybody else does, so it was very painful. I told him where to get the vein and he said you have a lot of places. I told every phlebotomist I ever went to told me they roll or blow, including the ones in this office. He said you never had a good one. I wish there was a way to pick the person who draws you blood. I won't go to him again.
Avoid this place at all costs if u can! People who give it 5 stars are full of it. Its filthy first off.They have NO respect for people's time. I had an 11am appointment just now and there were a room full of people waiting. I came at 10:50am. This woman complained because she'd been waiting since 9:50am and remember I came for an 11am appointment! There's always a sign only one person working. Every time? I don’t get all the negative reviews here. It seems like some people show up last minute and expect VIP wait times. I scheduled an appointment the day before for blood work, and my experience was great. The staff greeted me warmly, and the phlebotomist was not only skilled but also had a good sense of humor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I’d definitely recommend this place—just book ahead if you’re not up for waiting your turn!
