The staff at the facility can be inconsistent in their service quality. They often display a lack of courtesy and provide minimal assistance during check-ins when questions arise. There appears to be a deficiency in customer service. While I understand their primary role is to draw blood for laboratory testing, demonstrating a degree of kindness and professionalism would greatly improve the patient experience.

I didn't catch my phlebotomists name, but I'm sure anyone at quest can figure it out based on today's timestamp and whoever was on shift this morning. All I have to say is that he brought me into the room exactly at my scheduled appointment time and processed my payment and withdrew my blood specimens)in record timing all while being courteous and pleasant to work with. I regret not asking him his name because I would highly recommend him for a promotion or raise is people like him that would make anyone like me come back to... read more

Booked a last minute 940am on their website and arrived/checked in by 935. I used their self check in kiosk and waited in their lobby until someone called my name at 955. I was done and in my car by 1010. The guy who helped me didn’t seem like he was having a good day but I honestly don’t have any complaints - he got me in and out.

Michele Duemmer has taken my blood work twice in the past few months at Quest in Indian Rock Airmont Office and she is simply amazing. I have bad veins and hard to even find a vein....rolling as well. She is patient, understanding, she used a hot pack to bring up the vein, she had me sling my arm, she had many tricks and success every single time with no discomfort. The best of the best she is
