I don’t get all the negative reviews here. It seems like some people show up last minute and expect VIP wait times. I scheduled an appointment the day before for blood work, and my experience was great. The staff greeted me warmly, and the phlebotomist was not only skilled but also had a good sense of humor. They were professional, knowledgeable, and made the process easy. I’d definitely recommend this place—just book ahead if you’re not up for waiting your turn!
The staff are nasty and unreasonable. No need to say anything else.
The person taking my sample was nice, promptly on time and well skilled at phlebotomy. My appointment time was honored with no delay.
If you're looking for a boring place to have a nap for a few hours, just visit Quest of Suffern. You will enjoy a long uninterrupted sleep while nobody will ever call you in. You can seriously wait there for hours before your turn. That's not how a lab is supposed to work. I could drive to NYC, eat out, and come back in the time it takes for them to acknowledge your existence. You have two technicians there who work slower than molasses. Worst experience ever You can wait for hours even if you have an appointment. There’s no staff to help you and will give you attitude if you ask them a question.
