I have done business with Quest Diagnostics for sometime but they did not make any effort to warn me they were closer my location. I could not make an appointment and there Customer Service is set up to avoid giving you any useful help( human interaction) I went s a walk in and although there were two technicians only one was working, the other just sat there . I will not go to nearest Quest, I will go somewhere else in future.

Scheduling an appointment was very easy. Checked in on my phone when I arrived, and I was seen immediately. The whole process was fast and easy.
To start with, the computer system lost the appointment I made a week before, so I had to reenter all my information. I guess it's appropriate that you do not publish any hours of operation on your website. My guess is that you open at 10 AM, since that's the time that the phlebotomist stopped her protracted conversation with the clerk and actually started work, despite the fact that people had been gathering in the lobby since 9:30 AM.
