This place was beyond terrible. We made an appointment for 1:20 and arrived there at 12:45 to be there early enough because it was for lab testing. We and many others, mind you the place was so packed there were people sitting in the main outer lobby, have been waiting for hours. And here it is 2:20 and we have yet to be seen. This place is ridiculous. Idk if they're under staffed or just plain incompetent. I do not recommend this place to or for anyone.
My rating would be a 2 just for the wait time alone. But this isn't an issue with the techs that work this location. Mrs. Cassie was amazing and diligent. She was communicative and attentive. Yes, there was no one at the window to assist as everything is self service. But again, that is not an issue for the techs since it was explained that this is done through a third party company. Why did I come back here? Today they are running 90 minutes late for appointments! I fasted and the only appointment available 2 days ago was 11:10am. Now it will be 12:40 by the time they see me! How do they stay in business? Last year's review:Waited about 35-40 min despite making an appointment. Phlebotomist was great though. Painless stick and friendly.
It really sucks having cancer. But honestly, one of the worst things about it, is having to deal with a place like this for your bloodwork. Scheduling, communicating or anything like this, with any Quest location, is truly awful
Waiting times are ridiculous, the services are quick and easy to get done, I just don't know why the wait times are super long. I waited for 1 hour and 30 minutes, with a service that took less than 10 minutes to get done once they called my name. No point of setting up an appointment if im going to wait more than hour. Either Staff more people or reduce appointment availability.
