I scheduled an appointment on the internet site. I got there on time and they did not have an appointment for me. I signed in on their machine and sat for an hour in a small room with about a dozen people and was never called. I would not recommend this place.
Had no problems whatsoever. Wait wasn't bad, you sign in at kiosk and your name goes on a board. I noticed everyone was called at the schedule time. My phlebotomist was great, she took 10 vials and honestly probably the best poke I've ever had.

Horrible experience today! The tech was very rude!
Came for a pre-employment drug screen. Did a walk-in on a Friday noon, took about 30 minutes from filling out the form to walking out. Excellent speed and friendly people.
