Keisha Steptoe was so nice, had a great uplifting attitude and in a great mood even though she was super busy! I felt nervous and she changed that around! Great experience!

TERRIBLE customer service. Scheduled an appointment and was never seen. Was told my name was called but was sitting in the waiting room the whole time??? I was also told my name was called and I was not present??? Very rude got the door slammed in my face. Asked many times if I was going to be seen and they never came back to answer my questions. I asked why they never came and told me anything and was told “too busy with patients” like I am not one ???? I will NEVER return

They are THE WORST with patient service. You are supposed to take priority with appt but that is not the case. They will only tell you “we will call you when your name comes up.” Especially for fasting blood work, getting in within a timely manner is necessary. You also cannot check in as a walk-in if you have an appt. to get in sooner. Then, you sit there waiting in a room filled with people coughing their lungs out. Worst lab I’ve had to go to in town. Many better options.
