As a rated Guide (reviewer) I only review when things are extremely good or bad. In this 80% was good and 20% was bad. I have blood drawn, at least, 4 times yearly. I am a "Hard Draw" and I know what works and what does'nt. Speaking clearly, I informed the technician (Heptal) the best location and method. She ignnored me and proceeded to do it her way, so it took 5 different attempts to get the job done. They don’t do walk ins even though it’s stated they do. Waited 2 hours for a blood draw even when the waiting room was empty from time to time
Always on time and friendly staff
I went to Quest recently to get some blood work done and I had a really good experience at this location. The phlebotomist, Hetal who took my blood was very kind and she was very smooth with the blood draw, I barely felt anything.
The employees at this location on Macaw Lane are always friendly and helpful, even if you're a walk in they treat you kindly. Facility is very clean and organized, machines for check-in work great. The Sycamore location is horrible. Staff is abrupt, rude, dismissive. Office is dirty, machines don't work well so checking in is very difficult and the staff gets irritated at the customers for not being able to check in. The tech there was so rude to me as a walk-in - I and two others walked out. I will never return to Sycamore.... read more
