A younger African-American girl employee came out of her room And went into the older ones room and didn’t say anything to me, she didn’t say someone will be with you in a second or anything. Resina draws blood painlessly and hits the vein EVERY time which is fantastic knowing my veins are deep, small and the roll!! She’s also personable but very professional at the same time!
Easy check in process. Was told it would be a 30-60 min wait for walk ins but I was out within 10 mins. Great job!
