I just called because I was having some issues on quest website to book an appointment because I had lab test from two different doctors. Person I spoke to was not very helpful and could not answer my questions.

We made two appointments, one for myself and one for my teenage daughter. My special needs son had to come along because I do not have anyone to watch him, we do not have any family near us at all. The female phlebotomist was busy talking to her coworker and didn't notice us come in, we were already checked in. My phlebotomist was unprofessional while my visit. When I arrived, she was having a conversation about her finances with the other phlebotomist who was running my insurance. I had checked in and was waiting and she then came out from the room she was in with the other phlebotomist and asked who is getting labs?
