Professional and kind staff
They did not had urine test kit they did not informed me and i had to other location and wait over 1 hour over there. They don't understand tge urgency of surgery appointment or anything.
Today I took my child to this place for a blood draw. I met an Black American lady, and she was very unpleasant — not friendly, and had no patience with patients. My child is only 3 years old. I asked if someone could help hold him still, but she said no. She had no intention of helping me. After she managed to draw just two tubes of blood, my child started moving, and she immediately stopped.
