I visited on Aug 19 for my dr appointment in the same building. Since i did not have a car and took Uber to the Dr. visit, I visit the Lab after my Dr appoint. A lady was helpful to help me sign in without appointment. I understand that the patients who have appointment should have the priority. However, the lady was on service on the day would not show up even when no one was visiting. I tried to knock the door but she did not respond. Very bad service... I stayed almost 1 hrs and did not receive the service.
I took my 3 hour glucose test here and the staff were quick, kind and efficient. I could wait outside the waiting room (small) and the building offers many seating areas, an outdoor garden and ample parking.
After I was called, I told the lady that I was extremely afraid of needles and blood tests. Usually the person helping me is very accommodating and gentle with my situation and all goes smooth.This lady was none of that!!! It wasn't like she was mean but extremely cold and unsympathetic. I asked for a butterfly need and she said no we don't have any. I asked for the rubber bandaid and again she said no. She was aggressively grabbing my hand and positioning it. I am a difficult draw. Most service providers stick me two to three times. Shardee nailed it the first attempt. Her skill, professionalism, pleasant demeanor was mush appreciated.
Literally booked an appointment 1 hour before walked in 5 minutes before the appointment and was checked in. Jessica was the person who did my blood work. Really nice lady and made the whole thing get done in 5 minutes. Wow! Fastest appointment I’ve ever been too! You have a customer for life now! Thanks Jessica! You rock! Make sure to book online for an appointment so it’s this quick!
