Literally booked an appointment 1 hour before walked in 5 minutes before the appointment and was checked in. Jessica was the person who did my blood work. Really nice lady and made the whole thing get done in 5 minutes. Wow! Fastest appointment I’ve ever been too! You have a customer for life now! Thanks Jessica! You rock! Quest closed up the front reception office @ the Newbury Rd/Newbury Park location with what looks like a metal grate that a convenience store would roll down in a bad neighborhood. Quest now requires that the end-user input all data into a kiosk. This involves a number of steps, some of which require precise placement of cards into a reader. 5 stars for Phlebotomist Chardae. Excellent. Didn't even feel a pinch. Longer wait than expected, but she was worth it.
Got in quick. Technician was excellent and super nice. Needle didn't hurt. Whole experience excellent.
My tech was AMAZING! Cody was personable, reassuring, thorough and very painless!! I would like to have him do my blood draws every time!!
