After I was called, I told the lady that I was extremely afraid of needles and blood tests. Usually the person helping me is very accommodating and gentle with my situation and all goes smooth.This lady was none of that!!! It wasn't like she was mean but extremely cold and unsympathetic. I am a difficult draw. Most service providers stick me two to three times. Shardee nailed it the first attempt. Her skill, professionalism, pleasant demeanor was mush appreciated.
Literally booked an appointment 1 hour before walked in 5 minutes before the appointment and was checked in. Jessica was the person who did my blood work. Really nice lady and made the whole thing get done in 5 minutes. Wow! Fastest appointment I’ve ever been too! You have a customer for life now! Thanks Jessica! You rock! Having an appointment makes it so fast and easy! I was in and out of my blood draw within 10 minutes!
The reservation system is great and easy to use. The personnel are friendly and highly skilled. The results were available in a very timely manner and MyQuest access is excellent.
