Literally booked an appointment 1 hour before walked in 5 minutes before the appointment and was checked in. Jessica was the person who did my blood work. Really nice lady and made the whole thing get done in 5 minutes. Wow! Fastest appointment I’ve ever been too! You have a customer for life now! Thanks Jessica! You rock! I was impressed at how efficient it was to register and how quick the wait was. I was most happy with how easily and painlessly the experience of having my blood drawn was. She knew exactly what to do with my uncooperative veins. The only itty bitty thing I would change is the bandaging. The tape that was used hurt to remove and left my skin red and irritated. The sticky wrap works better. Thank you
The waiting groom is freezing. The phlebotomist wasn't particularly friendly or reassuring but she got the job done.!! The place is extremely clean and my results were finished the next day. Everything is online and I loved it.
I want to make it public. I went to this test place last week as accompanion for a patient, took my relative arms and try to draw blood sample puncturing the vein several times on both arms. I insist to try alternative routes and easier accesses such as feet ( I am a physician myself), however they blocked me saying that I was being disrespect full( nurse is African American and pretended offended) and suggested attending to the ER to restrain my relative and took blood, finally they dispatched us. The reservation system is great and easy to use. The personnel are friendly and highly skilled. The results were available in a very timely manner and MyQuest access is excellent.
