I hurt my knee just before i arrived. I was 30 early. The staff helped me to my chair and helped me walk to the booth for my lab work and back to my car.
-Quick easy for them to draw blood. -Takes way too long to receive results - there is no way to talk to anyone in the clinic. Everything is automatic - Staff is fast but the office feels eerie
The Phlebotomist is awesome. Very personable and makes me feel very comfortable and respected.
It was very easy to make an appointment for the exact time I would get there from the doctor’s office. I didn’t have to wait very much at all. Danielle was pleasant and knowledgeable so my blood draw went quick even though I hadn’t drank much water that day.
