I drive 45+ minutes to this location because the phlebotomist makes it a quick and painless process. I order through Function Labs and she is very familiar with their processing. Function’s app gives me all the information I need to check in, text reminders etc. Parking is down behind the building and the entrance, while looking at the bldg from the street, is a dark green door on the right.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Had an appointment at 8:00 am. The lab draw I was getting required me to fast for 12 hours prior to the draw. I arrived at 7:40am, and saw a crowd of customers (who also had appointments) standing outside, as apparently the building wasn’t open yet. They are supposed to open up at 7:30am, and by 8:10 am, the doors were still locked and all the lights were turned off.
