Check in was quick, the wait was quick, the lab work was quick, and the phlebotomist was VERY good and extremely nice.
Shante poked me, she was very nice and made great conversation ! The nicest person at Quest I’ve had in years.
Every time I bring my Daughter here, there has always been a complication with her lab Draws and ALWAYS SHANTE helps us out, no matter what the complication is , she has always treated us nice, even though it’s usually concerning the same thing, she takes care of it. they apparently "made an error" and messed up my blood test. have to return for repeat smh
