I was a walk in at 7:05, first on the stand by list. At 8:40, still had not been called back. Apparently, gone are the days of a Dr. ordering bloodwork and giving the blood on the spot. They had no available appts for today OR tomorrow, but I had to leave to go back to a Dr. appt. No way to remove myself from the standby list. I ended up waiting at the door to tell a phlebotomist that I was leaving. LabCorp will be my chosen lab going forward.
WORST experiences ever. Staff taking people back who show up 20 minutes past THEIR scheduled appointment. I saw so many people show up late and being taken back which wasn't fair to me or anyone else who actually got there on time and even showed up 15 min early. People constantly blasting their phones in the waiting area and talking super loudly on phone calls and when I told staff they ignored me. Quest office is clean, bright and welcoming. So easy to book appointment online, show up, and check in with a text. Appointment time was honored and it is refreshing that a company values my time just as much as I value theirs.
