The process was quite straightforward. There were only a handful of people in the lobby and they got taken care of quickly. I had an appointment for 3 pm and was taken in 15 minutes early. Doc lady was helpful and made the bloodwork process a breeze. I was in there for probably 13 minutes and that was cause of a pee sample. The only issue was getting an appointment, it seems you gotta plan weeks in advanced as all dates are booked.
Had an appt was able to check in via text message. Man that helped me was kind, professional and did not hurt or bruise me!

My doctor faxed over my blood draw requests multiple times and they never show up in the system. I tried to call my doctor but because of this I was told I had already lost my spot. They did eventually see me for blood work for my other doctor where I brought a paper copy after I pleaded. But this means I have to go back again to get blood drawn for the ones that weren’t showing up in the system. This is a chronic problem. Also, why does Quest not save my insurance information?
