Excellent service
My doctor faxed over my blood draw requests multiple times and they never show up in the system. I tried to call my doctor but because of this I was told I had already lost my spot. They did eventually see me for blood work for my other doctor where I brought a paper copy after I pleaded. But this means I have to go back again to get blood drawn for the ones that weren’t showing up in the system. This is a chronic problem. Also, why does Quest not save my insurance information? APPOINTMENT is highly RECOMMENDED I would recommend coming with an appointment. I have always been here with an appointment and out from the lab within 20 minutes. The check-in process is very simple; you can check in either on the link they send to your phone or there is a tablet. I deducted 1 star as there is no human receptionist
They schedule 4 people per 10 minutes, but only have 2 people working. The math does not work. Even with an appointment, you will wait. The sign says walk ins are welcome, and the nice employees will even help you sign up for the wait list, but you will never get in. None of this is the fault of the people actually working there - they were kind and patient as they could be in this atmosphere. Quest Corporation is disrespecting its customers and employees.
