Saturday morning at around 10:45 a.m., I arrived at the Quest Diagnostics branch in Leominster, MA (01453). According to the website, the office is open until 11:00 a.m. Customer service also confirmed that the branch should be open until 11:00 a.m. However, the technician I later spoke with said they lock the doors at 10:30 a.m! Place was empty but refused to get labs because they said they would only do it by appointment even though website site says walk-ins accepted. Nobody picks up the phone. I drove over an hour to get there. Then, they wanted to close early and said I can go to the hospital for labs if I really needed them. The guy there looked mentally checked out and just wanted to go home.
In and out in 15 mins! Made my appointment well in advanced, got there 10 mins before my appointment was. After checking in I think I was waiting for 5 mins before I was called. Nurse was a little crabby when she found out I didn’t drink a gallon of water, but once I explained that they told me a different amount which I did she realized it was just me not listening to instruction.
