Dear Quest Diagnostics Customer Service, I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience I had during a blood draw at your Leominster, MA location (79 Erdman Way, Suite 100). On the day of my appointment, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally by the male nurse who initially attended me. Automated phone system says "if you do not have the order. We can call the doctor during normal business hours." The employee refused to do so. The recording should be changed if the information is inaccurate.
