Lab technician was excellent. Clean facility. Easy and welcoming check in process.
Sitting in the waiting room writing this review- something just rubbed me the wrong way. I got here checked in and someone checked in on the tablet after me but got a time slot before me- when she got called almost instantly I said exactly like this very politely when the other person got called “Excuse me I have a quick question- I checked in before her but she got a time before me is there a reason for that?” The women was very rude and was brash and said well she had an appointment and I asked “I’m sorry I was just asking... read more
The facility is comfortable and very clean. The person that took my blood was excellent. Absolutely did not feel anything ! He also had a wonderful “bedside manner”
Dear Quest Diagnostics Customer Service, I am writing to formally report an unpleasant experience I had during a blood draw at your Leominster, MA location (79 Erdman Way, Suite 100). On the day of my appointment, I was treated rudely and unprofessionally by the male nurse who initially attended me.
