5 Stars for the in-person interaction getting my blood work done. The whole visit was quick, streamlined, effective, and no retries on finding my vein. The record-keeping backend could be better. Results didn't come for a couple weeks, and my doctor and I thought that they'd lost or never processed the tests. Their phone line is completely automated, so you can't get support to check status.
Abby was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, efficient and professional!
