I go here because it's 1 stick and done. It's very clean. The people are very nice, they get you in and out. The results are fast. The location is ok but the parking is not due to parking lot being small for as many businesses there are. I would and do recommend people to go there. Plant City office
Ashlee is absolutely wonderful! Not a bruise or discomfort. I prefer coming to this location. They are efficient, it's clean and every is very nice.
After my son’s one year wellness exam, they told us we had to get labs drawn. I was so nervous but decided to do a walk-in at the Plant City, FL location. I was able to walk right in, check-in, and get my son’s labs drawn in about 10 minutes or so! Kayla was our phlebotomist and she was absolutely phenomenal with my baby! She had someone help her (I think she called her “Roy” for short but I could be messing that up terribly). Both ladies were gentle, kind, and quick with my baby boy! Meesha was incredible. I want to give her the biggest kudos. Not only was she quick to do her work but she helped try to calm down my nine year old who was screaming for getting her bloodwork done. She had patience, kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend her and this location.
Quest only provides 10 minutes per appointment which is not enough time to enter accurate lab codes and draw the blood and get a urine sample. Quest uses huge fat needles that hurt, bruise and might have blown out my veins. It is that bad!! The phlebotomist jabbed that fat needle in my arm and missed, then began moving the needle around while inside my arm looking for the vein.
