Fast service by the professional team
A simple drop off a urine sample should not require an appointment. Then upon arrival I was shocked there was NO human contact rather a machine for in processing. Then sitting in a nearly empty waiting room, my appointment meant nothing as I was not seen until 20 minutes past my original appointment time?!? Once in the clinic, the young lady was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable.
