The staff are extremely nice and very good at what they do. Appointments are always on time. Would highly recommend
No one at desk to ask questions to prior to appointment. Do not recommend. Their low rating is accurate and I should have saved myself the time based on the rating.
Visit was great. The individual who drew my blood was very professional. However, I received an email notifying me my results were available, and they are not on the email.
Needed a tb screening, filled out for an appointment online, get there they told me they can’t do it through my insurance. I have to pay $130 out of pocket to do the blood test. They don’t do the screening on paper. They need to specify this online before wasting people’s time, and gas. Just lure you in to try to get a lot of money out of you.
I use this location every 3 months for my Function Health blood draw which usually involves 10 to 20 tubes drawn. They run on time every time I go. Check in is automated and easy. The lab tech who draws my blood is very kind and friendly and excellent at what she does. I should know her name but I'm terrible with names. I would highly recommend this Newport News location and Quest Labs for lab testing.
