Walk inns takes hours. Avoid without appointment. Free parking lot Small waiting room without bathroom. Not very welcoming. Avoid. There are better options for this very expensive service.
They need to be better about time management. Off they have a list of 12 stand bys then you shouldn’t be able to hear them joking in the back repeatedly. I get that we are not on the appointment list but I’ve been here almost 2 hours and stand by list only went down one an hour.
I was brought back just after I arrived and my technician was amazing!!! She was kind, smart, and compassionate to say the very least. A real pro and a super pleasant person!
