They need to be better about time management. Off they have a list of 12 stand bys then you shouldn’t be able to hear them joking in the back repeatedly. I get that we are not on the appointment list but I’ve been here almost 2 hours and stand by list only went down one an hour.
I was brought back just after I arrived and my technician was amazing!!! She was kind, smart, and compassionate to say the very least. A real pro and a super pleasant person!
