What’s the point of having an appointment time when you always wait 30+ minutes past your appointment time anyways? I’ve never seen a company (all other locations included) fail so miserably at organization and time management. Staff not very friendly on top of that.
Summer was kind and very efficient, and made the whole process very fast and painless. I appreciated it greatly.
I liked this location in Springfield 10x better than the HIlyard location in Eugene. they are nice, on time. and find a vein right away. easy in and out. we drive all the way from eugene to Springfiled to this location. I would avoid the Eugene location and go straight to here.
Cons: The kiosk is terrible. It's confusing, so takes a long time for many people, while others wait forever just to check in. Quest needs to streamline the check-in process, and add more kiosks at most locations. Pros: My phlebotomist, Summer, was very personable, professional, and good at her job. I'm very hard to hit, but she was an absolute pro. Others have been pretty good too.
