Absolutely horrible experience. This past visit the employee who spoke with us and drew blood was horribly rude, very nearly refused service to my little sister on account of her being autistic (the exact words were "I don't do autistic kids"), refused to do the full amount of tests that our family doctor requested to be done, and then marked on the paperwork that it was the family who refused to do the rest of the tests.
