I've been coming to this Quest location for the last year and it's always been pretty smooth, which is pretty good considering how most Quests can be. Not sure what happened to the staff recently but my visit today was one of the worst I've had with Quest. The nurses were not attentive, zero empathy, I told the nurse that i'm a hard stick, she gave me no warning and went direct to poking me. Yritza was so kind and special, hidden jewel, more like an angel. I've been coming here almost 4 to 5 times and everyone here so nice. But Yritza was exceptional nice. I had CMP test appointment purchased for $55 but only electronic appointment availability was one at 3.50 pm today. I didn't want to wait fasting for another 10 hours so I've decided to walk in appointment when place opens at 6.30 AM.
