This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Even though I had made an appointment and checked in a few minutes early using the self-service machine, I waited for 15 minutes in the waiting room without being called. Eventually, I stood up and went to the clinical area to find out what was happening, especially since other patients were continuing to arrive and wait without being called as well. Service was great, but location of clinic (vs parking) is not good for seniors - too far to walk, no close parking w/o handicap plates and risk of getting locked out of building access to parking for early morning appt.

I am deeply frustrated and upset about the experience my family had at this Quest Diagnostics location this week. I brought in a family member with a cognitive condition for a critical blood test ordered by their doctor. Due to a basic processing failure on Quest's part, the sample was mishandled and the results are unusable, meaning we now have to go through an entirely avoidable second blood draw.
