I have been to at least 3 or 4 different Quest labs over the years. All the phlebotomists have been competent but the location is Lawrenceville is definitely my preferred. It is always clean, unless someone ahead of me is struggling to checklist the kiosk, I have not had more than 5-10 min wait. The phlebotomists are friendly, efficient, I have rarely had a bruise. Ive been here twice. Both times I was in and out, and had friendly staff. Plus the draws went smooth.
It's not possible to speak to anyone here, just a touchscreen kiosk to check in on. I'm trying to drop something off for a family member today, and they have an appointment. It took over an hour to be acknowledged, and when that time came, I was quickly dismissed and left to wait longer.
