More appointments available here vs. "the other guy". Very happy with service. But they have their own portal, not a part of My Chart. Otherwise great.
Melissa did the blood work for my mom and she was a really nice person, and my mom didn’t feel anything
I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit. The staff member assisting me spent much of the time complaining about the people in the waiting room and repeatedly mentioned the time. When it came to the procedure, she attempted to insert the needle but stated she could not find a vein. After the first unsuccessful attempt, she tried again in an area where there was no vein and began probing around, which was both uncomfortable and concerning. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and left me dissatisfied.
One of the worst labs I have been to . Staff was very rude and called me in 40 mins later than the scheduled appointment time . There were 2 separate tests and the staff bothered to only look at one in spite of me checking with her on the additional tests . I ended up going to another location ( nice staff) for a second round of blood test to get the remaining tests done . Oof - what a hassle !! Never recommend this place to anyone !
