The check-in kiosks do not work. Had an appointment and they would not take me. Had to check-in 3 times and wait over 50 minutes to drop off. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Worse location ever!!
I made an appointment for blood testing. Kiosk check-in inside waiting area. Good customer service from medical technician.
Shared a “bad” review earlier, not good for walk ins, but apparently they did well today with my husband’s “scheduled” appointment!!! Thanks
Worst service ever. I came yesterday with my newborn and they didn’t have the vile to take his blood. They had me come back the next day and now I have been waiting for 1 hour and 45 min with a 9 day old newborn……. I’m about to leave because he needs to eat. Very unprofessional and they do not care. The order says STAT so I don’t need an appointment, yet they don’t care about that.
