Karla is nothing short of amazing! She has a very professional and calm demeanor for people who are nervous to get their blood drawn like me. I have small veins and have always taken at least 30 minutes and 2-3 bandages to complete a blood drawn. Kara only took 4 minutes and I didn’t have even feel it! I would no longer be nervous to get a test done if I came to quest diagnostics. THANK YOU KARLA
Karla at site WJ3 is a great tech. She gets me in and out in no time. She is very patient when it comes to navigating my lab orders from out of state and does a thorough job.
Shena is the person that helped me and did the procedure. Very professional and very nice. I highly recommend this place and Shena.
The lab tech was very patient with me, after I explained to the tech (SHENA) that Im a hard stick SHE TOOK THE TIME TO MAKE SURE I FELT COMFORTABLE AND IT WAS PROBABLY BY FAR THE EASIEST BLOOD DRAWER THAT I'VE HAD IN A LONG TIME IF I HAVE TO HAVE ANY FURTHER LAB TEST DONE I WILL BE REQUESTED THIS TECHNICIAN SHE WAS ABLE TO DRAW BLOOD ON THE FIRST STICK WITH NO PROBLEMS. again thank you SHENA.
The SHENA was very nice, it was the first time they took blood from my vein without any problems, they always took blood from the hand, but the girl took it right from my arm and without any problems, she is a professional in her field
