place is super tiny with barely any ventilation. People are like sitting on top of each other. i ended up leaving way cluttered for me. I got there right when they’re opened and there were 10 appointments prior to me and they were so slow calling people back I just ended up leaving.

Careful guys. Make sure your primary care provider checks before sending your labs here. You may not realize that your in network primary care provider has an option between several labs that may or may not be covered under your insurance. Quest will not notify you if you are not in network. Hence 1 star. They will still run your labs and bill you 100 percent of the cost. We’ve been fighting a bill since May of 2025 as they did not tell us prior to processing our labs that they were out of network. They are fully aware of th... read more

The phlebotomist I had Shena did a great job. I hardly felt the needle. I wish all my experiences with getting my blood drawn are like this

I feel so lucky to have had Shena as my phlebotomist. I was having a bad day and Shena immediately sensed that and gave me some encouragement and kindness. It meant a lot to me. Shena’s blood drawing skills were perfection. I think phlebotomists are often under appreciated. They’re expected to perform at 100%-no mistakes at all. I hope Quest appreciates Shena.
