My husband is deaf, and had a horrible time just getting in. This place is very deaf unfriendly. When he triedto make sense of why he wasn't called in, the staff would not look at or answer him, just demanded his ID. They were extremely rude to him and threw papers at him and hold him just sign it! He was trying to ask why a test was not covered since it has always been covered before due to his health condition.
