The person in charge of arrivals was not very nice. She was rude, asked everyone if they were signed in and if you didn't have an appointment you were not going to be seen that day.
Excellent customer service!
The lab is clean and comfortable. The staff are welcoming and friendly...even at 6am! I'll never go to a different place.
