Alejandro was awesome and confident. Even though I was a hard stuck, he made the experience quick and easy
I’m always extremely satisfied with this location. The longest one can wait with an appointment is about 5-10 minutes. The entire staff are professional and respectful. The waiting area and the lab rooms are clean and organized. The multiple times I have been there never had an issue.
Saturday 27th 2025 I went to this Quest lab to get lab work done. The website said "walk in ok" so I arrived at 7am. At 10:45am an employee advised all walk ins that if by 11am you haven't been call to leave and set an online appointment. So after 4 hours wait I was asked to leave and set an appointment online. What a shame for this place. We were around 10 walk ins. Everyone upset. Not going to this Quest lab Again
5-minute drive, and their staff are great.
So although I made a bad review for the one on 17th street because of the way I was spoken to and treated, I came to the one over by Hickory tree Road and they were just pleasant. Check in really quick with an 11 AM appointment that they had available and my second child has a walk-in. No rudeness at all. Definitely will return here high five to Chelsey who made my son feel comfortable as he was scared of having blood work done.
