Scanner was not working and no note telling us that it was not working. Guess work on how to sign in.
Quest on Gregory Street has always been professional. It is clean. The waiting room is comfortable. And the phlebotomists are great. I never feel the needle going in. Ive been going to the same place for about 10 years. Making an appointment makes a big difference.
Very lazy
All staff are really friendly especially Nikki
Beno and Asha always give me great customer service. I don't have to wait a lot to be called either. I always come back here because of them. In my first visit about a year ago, there was someone else there, I dont remember her name, but she didn't know how to find my doctor's order in the computer. She didn't try to ask another stuff for help, maybe she was new worker.
