Great staff!
Picked up jug for a 24°urine. Confirmed it needed to be kept cold/refrigerated/on ice and tech said, “No, that doesn’t need to be refrigerated or frozen.” My response was “30 years of nursing and always kept on ice”. The tech did at least tell me instructions were in the bag. More like on the jug that stated “Keep Refrigerated “. Went to a different location for lab draw and return. Wow!!!!!!
The young lady who drew my blood was very professional and personable. You have an outstanding employee servicing your clients. Well done!!!
