Beano was the technician for my visit. He has a beautiful disposition and excellent customer service traits. He is extremely professional in the manner of his job; not to mention that he is very easy with needle insertion. The Center was very clean and comfortable. Everyone that I encountered was kind. They all have great customer service characteristics.
I've been coming here every six months for years. The tech I had today was awful. As he withdrew each vial, he pressed down on the needle and it hurt. He said it was my fault! "It hurts because you're moving", which was bs. He told me to calm down and let "us" do what we're trained to do. Really, just short of totally obnoxious. These techs are usually friendly and polite.
Lost order for testing. Had to get a paper work order. Was put into the walk in que. Never had any tests. Left after an hour and a half. Unfortunately the only testing facility fl blue allows
