my experience was horrible; I was waiting over 4 hours there. staff was not professional and could not take my blood. even when i asked her to ask the other person to take my blood after first time that she failed, she refuses to call someone else for help. the third time she asked someone else, which him tried and took the needle early before my blood flew. then they send me home without and said come another day. My arm is bruised ae well and had to take off time again.

The complete lack of a human receptionist would have totally baffled my 95 year old mom but luckily I was there with her to figure out the screen-only check in. Once we got inside we were served and out within 15 minutes, a completely unique experience for me. The staff was great. My only quibble, again, is check in screens, which to me always seem like a measles outbreak waiting to happen, especially in a medical office.

It was easy to check in, there are two kiosks for electronically checking in, I was seen 30 minutes after my appointment time, it's a busy spot, parking is in the back, the bathroom was a little dirty. There's about 10-12 seats in the waiting room.

The person who drew my son's blood was great. My son was really nervous going into the visit because he has tiny veins and they usually have to dig around to find one but I warned the lady beforehand and she made sure she found a good vein before going in. She got it first try, no digging around or second prick, my son was happy!

Yoli spelled, "Yoli". Short for Yolanda was nice, considerate and very confident and capable. What a great experience. I was in and out. She cleaned & bandaged my arm when she was done. She had me check my name that was on the sticker taped to my blood sample. Thank you Yoli.
