Yoli spelled, "Yoli". Short for Yolanda was nice, considerate and very confident and capable. What a great experience. I was in and out. She cleaned & bandaged my arm when she was done. She had me check my name that was on the sticker taped to my blood sample. Thank you Yoli.
Honestly one of the worst lab places I've ever been to. Front of the place looks like a homeless camp, there's absolutely nobody at the front desk, they actually built a wall so that you can't speak to anyone when you walk in. They have kiosks that only work half the time which you have to login through. I was there to just PICK UP a kit to bring home for my son and they had me waiting over an hour for something that literally took 2 seconds.
Accidentally scheduled at Hawkeye location instead of Tuolumne location and regretted it as soon as we walked in. Waiting room is hideous. Without a doubt needs paint and take down the horrible patch up job on the front desk area. The check in computers are not stable. The waiting room has space for more chairs so that patient's aren't left standing or waiting outside in the weather. The draw stations are a mess and can definitely look more presentable. This place is very unprofessional and the people working there need some actual medical training and professional training. Be careful using their services.
Great blood draw. Walk ins ok. Not very crowded and all seats are distanced. I walked in. Signed in and sanitized so ready to go!
