The phlebotamist was the best ever! He was professional. He was friendly. I have never felt less of a stick in my life and I am 8 days short of 79 y.o. He was knowledgeable. He looked for the order for my next lab for a urinalysis. It had not arrived. He gave me the plastic bag with the sterile cup. He explained what I needed to do. I received my copy of that order yesterday and I will drop it off today. I hope the same gentleman is there. He was so kind and just a really good guy!
I love that now I have only to click a link in the text asking if I’ve arrived for my appointment and voila! I’m checked in! Always struggled with that check-in kiosk in the office! Great service, almost zero wait time, appointments are the only way to go!
Absolutely horrendous experience, they must have misplaced a specimen I gave last week because I neither me or my doctor can find any record of results, I came back to ask someone in person and was told “we can’t do anything about that, you’ll have to call customer service” I did, and customer service is not giving me a call back when I put myself in the virtual cue, I am at work and cannot stay by the phone. I went to get a stool container and was meet with an extremely rude tech who told me they need to go to lunch and can’t look it up. I just stayed quiet but wow just tell me you can’t do it, you don’t have to belittle me for coming in.
Technician was fast and efficient.
