Absolutely horrendous experience, they must have misplaced a specimen I gave last week because I neither me or my doctor can find any record of results, I came back to ask someone in person and was told “we can’t do anything about that, you’ll have to call customer service” I did, and customer service is not giving me a call back when I put myself in the virtual cue, I am at work and cannot stay by the phone. I went to get a stool container and was meet with an extremely rude tech who told me they need to go to lunch and can’t look it up. I just stayed quiet but wow just tell me you can’t do it, you don’t have to belittle me for coming in.
Technician was fast and efficient.
This office is class act. With an appointment less than 3 minute wait, greetings from Mercy at the front area and blood work done by Marisela was very professional. Even though I don’t like going and doing it. Great work. Keep it up ladies and Thank You
