Unfortunately, my health insurance does not use LabCorp. I have to go to Quest. When I had an appointment at LabCorp, I was seen at the appointment time. At Quest, the appointment time is only a guess. Neither my wife or I have ever been seen on time. It is usually about 10-15 minutes after the appointment time that we are seen.
I will recommend Quest Laboratory, but I was upset by the fact that I had an appointment at 11:10, but they were only able to see me at 11:50. It's good that I was on vacation, but please optimize and value the client's time.

Nala tried to ask me to leave within 5 minutes of sitting down and explaing to her that my information wasn't showing up because it was a new account I made to make the appointment. Her supervisor helped. She was not gentle and acted a bit upset with me because I spoke up and asked to have her look me up a different way instead of getting kicked out when I knew they had my tests.
