Joe is highly skilled & very professional.
The process was easy and quick. I was quickly called. The nurse was friendly , efficient and on the first try found my vein and drew blood with minimal pain. 10/10. I was finished and out of my Appt in no time. My only concern is that If a person who is not tech savy (although was easy) or had questions, there is no receptionist present. Other than that, was easy breezy experience.
Pleasant experience. The phlebotomist was very professional, knowledgeable about other Quest location's hours of operations, specifically for weekend availability. I appreciated the easy of check-in and little wait time. I did schedule an appointment, though.
Unfortunately, my health insurance does not use LabCorp. I have to go to Quest. When I had an appointment at LabCorp, I was seen at the appointment time. At Quest, the appointment time is only a guess. Neither my wife or I have ever been seen on time. It is usually about 10-15 minutes after the appointment time that we are seen.
