I waited 2.5 hours as a walk-in before I gave up and left. When I brought this to their attention, they said being on standby is not a garuntee that I will be called. I was waiting this long after being the first one next on the standby out of ten, all simultaneously they were telling someone who just walked in they can get on the standby list. That is misleading. I was #1 on standby and had not been seen for almost 3 hours - they should not tell someone walking in to get on the standby and wait as #11. It is a waste of time... read more
Very timely and efficient. Staff was cheerful and accommodating. Make an appointment, you'll be in and out. Parking can be limited during peak hours. Street parking is available. Keep up the good work Quest!
Joe is highly skilled & very professional.
The process was easy and quick. I was quickly called. The nurse was friendly , efficient and on the first try found my vein and drew blood with minimal pain. 10/10. I was finished and out of my Appt in no time. My only concern is that If a person who is not tech savy (although was easy) or had questions, there is no receptionist present. Other than that, was easy breezy experience.
