With a scheduled appointment, this facility was very easy to use. It's not fun to get blood tests but the phlebotomist was nice and she was gentle. Great location for me to go.
The appointment and CHECK IN process is complex for the elderly. I had difficulty navigating it, and was asked by the the next 2 elderly patients to assist them. NO RECEPTIONIST or PERSON to assist them is COMPLETELY inadequate and frustrating for them, and THEY NEED ASSISTANCE. This practice of ALL online completely TORPEDOES their needs and any value for them as CUSTOMERS & PATIENTS is DISMISSED. It is a SHAMEFUL business practice.
