I’m frustrated over the cost of their services and they wouldn't even consider discontinuing the charges for someone on a fixed income. The lady in billing talked over me while I was trying to plead my case and explain my situation. Fast and courteous!
This place was great. They were on time, super friendly and very clean. The parking structure is the worst part.. its just really tight. But they validate parking, so it was worth it.
