Quick, easy, painless!
Jumped through hoops with them to try and get financial aid for a fraudulent bill. They are impossible to communicate with, their interpersonal communication is a nightmare, and I got sent to collections after they told me to wait for them to reach out to me after requesting a lot of personal information about my financial status in the promise of financial assistance, which they obviously never followed up with me on at all in any way. Great friendly knowledgeable staff
Ms Sienna is a ROCKSTAR! She’s 200% knowledgeable of the computer side of lab orders. But even better, she’s in possession of an excellent bedside manner. Quest should promote this woman to regional training and fixing their poor performing labs. Great employees need recognition. She is an asset to Quest.
The BEST Quest Diagnostics visit in over 20+ years. The PSR Sienna was absolutely professional, courteous, and just amazing! She was very friendly, kind and explained everything that was about to occur during the visit. She verified all my information was correct and confirmed my reasons for being there.
