The bill is 1/4th my monthly income. I request a financial aide packet and never had one sent. This is the fourth time im calling. Fourth time im asking for a financial aid packet. I get bills just fine. Financial aid packet seems impossible.

I had a terrible experience at this facility due to broken technology and a total lack of common sense from the staff. I arrived for a scheduled morning appointment, but the check-in kiosk failed to recognize it, forcing me to re-register as a walk-in and wait nearly an hour. When I finally got in, the employee who helped me gave zero clear instructions and acted like helping me was an inconvenience.
