The lady who took my test was very friendly! She was also training a guy and they did a great job! Thank you for making it super easy!
I can not get any one on phone when you think you are getting close to an individual to talk to it just hangs up on you so I have not gotten any info help or anything so basically they suck.

The phlebotomist was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. I had warned her I was a jumper and I didn’t feel it at all!
