Quest should really figure out a better way to service folks who are picking up containers/dropping off specimens. It's truly a waste of everyone's time to have to make an appointment just to hand over a container... not to mention compromising the viability of whatever test will be performed since the specimen has to be in a waiting room with a bunch of people instead of in the refrigerator where it should be.

Terrible, untrained, and unprofessional staff. I heard multiple HIPPA violations so I got out of there quickly. They also don’t respect the waiting line. They just take whoever’s the most aggressive first. So if you have patience and class and you actually care about your mental & physical health information, please I suggest to just go somewhere else.
Went in for blood work, reserved my spot on the screen and then received great service by Kamala at the scheduled time. Very efficient and Kamala was also very nice and friendly which is great when you have to deal with medical stuff and insurance.
