Although the phlebotomist was kind and the appointment ran as expected (about 45 minutes) I had severe bruising, roughly four square inches, of black and blue bruises on my arm in the two weeks following the appointment. I annually have blood drawn and I have never had a bruise like this. I will be considering other Quest locations moving forward.
Horrible scheduling service, may have to wait over an hour past the appointment time
Best blood draw I have ever had. No pain. No abnormal bruising. Tech actually was personable.
