Please disregard the negative reviews of this place. This was a clean, comfortable office with an easy check-in system and at least two staff members who were pleasant and helpful. As long as you bring an ID (like a driver's license) and your insurance card and can read and follow basic instructions, check-in is simple and does not require staff intervention. Lucy is the most patient, hard-working, and delightful person I’ve met in recent memory. I had procrastinated and grouped together 20+ blood tests across 5 different doctors to be performed on the same day. Lucy not only told me how to send the files over to Quest, but painstakingly worked through each order to ensure that not a single test was missed and that duplicative tests were not unnecessarily performed. Wonderful service. I had a very long confusing set of orders. Karamjit spent time and helped me finish all test with peace. She made me feel very comfortable and did her best to help me out. She was very empathetic.
I have the worse veins but Max is a true professional. Found my veins immediately and didn't even feel the needle. Thanks Max! You're the best!
