I had an appointment at 9:30. They were so short staffed I wasn't seen until 11. An hour and a half wait. Some people were waiting 2 hours when I went in. Not enough seating for that type of delay. Tight quarters for all those people to be waiting. I was worried about germs. The only good point was the person talking care of me. Sanjay was calm ,collected and professional. I had a 7:30 AM appointment at this location, expecting a quick and efficient visit. Instead, there were already more than six people waiting ahead of me, and only one lab technician on duty. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you still end up waiting over an hour? The whole process felt disorganized and understaffed. After waiting and seeing no real progress, I left without getting my test done. This was a complete waste of time, and I won’t be coming back.
