Quest locations are chronically understaffed. This visit, I was called in 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. If everyone who visits Quest in a day has to wait 25 minutes, that is a colossal waste of time for all.
I had a scheduled appointment at 1:10 PM but was not called back until 1:45 PM, despite the board indicating that 0 patients were being seen. The technician assigned to me was courteous and professional; however, the overall experience was negatively impacted by another staff member. During my appointment, a different technician repeatedly entered the room to ask my assigned tech questions about other patients and to discuss several blood vials she was carrying. Very bad experience in waiting, even when i have the appointment, 2 hours delay for the appointment.
Wouldn’t recommend, especially if you’re under time constraint. When I came they were behind over half an hour the appointment time.
