I arrived 30 minutes before opening, knowing that I didn’t have an appointment. It took about 45 minutes for someone to finally tell us that they don’t accept walk-ins. It was truly a waste of time — I would have appreciated it much more if they had made it clear from the start that they don’t take people without appointments.
The staff was very professional. It was clean and well organized. I will use this location exclusively going forward.
